Amalaya Suites – Chora Kythnos
1. General Information
Amalaya Suites is a traditional Cycladic accommodation located in Chora Kythnos, Greece, offering two apartments: The Katoi and The Anoi. By making a reservation through our website (suiteamalaya.gr), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once your request is received, you will be contacted via email or phone to confirm your booking.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 15:00
- Check-out: Until 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and availability.
4. Payment Policy
Payment terms will be communicated during the booking confirmation.
We may require a deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is paid prior to or upon arrival, as agreed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation may be offered up to a specific number of days before arrival (as agreed during booking).
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, part or the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
6. Guests & Occupancy
- The Katoi accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 small children.
- The Anoi accommodates up to 4 adults.
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed capacity.
7. House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors.
- Quiet hours may apply according to local regulations.
8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.
9. Liability
Amalaya Suites is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Accidents or injuries occurring during the stay
Guests use the property at their own risk.
10. Privacy
All personal data provided during booking is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used only for reservation purposes.
11. Changes to Terms
Amalaya Suites reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Any changes will be published on the website.
